摘要

In aerospace areas, there is no special screening standard for circuits used on aerospace products, and the screening of circuits generally refer to that of systems, which lead to the differences of circuitlevel screenings. With the rapidly increasing production lot and the concentration of production, these differences are hindering the improvements of the production efficiency and the using probability of personnel, apparatus and the space etc.. In order to unify the ESS (short for environmental stress screening) process for electronic circuit boards, a universal ESS process for circuits of Institute No.33 is optimal selected based on many researches, analyses and comparisons. In this paper, the basis, standards and the final process of the universal ESS process for electronic circuit boards are discussed.
