摘要

A PWM controlled water hydraulic high-speed solenoid valve with a two-stage mechanism has been developed. Firstly, as an application of the water hydraulic high-speed solenoid valve, a water hydraulic seismic isolation system is proposed to absorb the vertical ground shaking and therefore improve protection human lives and house's integrity against large earthquake. By using the new bellows cylinder, isolation and rocking suppressing can be realized. Experimental results showed that the developed water hydraulic seismic isolation system is effective in absorbing the earth quake energy. Secondly, in order to further improve the performance of the water hydraulic highspeed solenoid valve and mitigate shock and noise, an attenuator is proposed. Simulation results verify the effectiveness of the attenuator. Finally, as a new approach in hydraulic servo system, high bulk modulus oil is used to improve the performance of pressure control system. Experimental result shows the faster pressure response as expected.
