摘要

In this paper,the property of energy absorption of epoxy resin composite target enforced with SiC powder and twaron staple was studied. The investigation showed that it have better energy absorption than the epoxy resin composites enforced by only SiC powder or twaron staple with the same volume percentage. The mechanism of energy absorption is the cracking of epoxy matrixes,the tensile destroy of the twaron staple,the pulled-out of twaron staple and SiC powder and the distortion of bullet. The volume percentage of staple and powder interrelated with the energy absorption of the composites.
