摘要

A series of hydrophobic carboxyester dyes bearing phenylazopyrazolone chromophore were prepared from carboxyl-containing acid dyes by successive chlorination and esterification. Then the molecular structures of the carboxyester dyes were characterized by FTIR,1H NMR and mass spectrometry. All of these carboxyester dyes were applied to poly (lactic acid) fabrics by exhaust dyeing at 110℃,in which dyebath pH was adjusted to 5.0. It was found that these disperse dyes exhibited high dye exhaustion and good fastnesses to washing and rubbing on poly(lactic acid) fabrics.
