Based on the subdivision principle renewed in the paper, the valve operating processes are respectively divided into the volume changing period process, the volume unchanging period process and the residual volume period process; the mathematic model corresponding to the subdivision principle is obtained. By means of the subsystem technique in the Simulink of MATLAB, the simulation models are created. The experimental set used to test the dynamic pressure of the high-pressure pneumatic valve is developed. The results show, that the subdivision principle, the mathematic model and the simulation model of the high-pressure pneumatic on-off valve are coincided with the experiment.
