摘要

Electric pulse process technique can directly lead current to the metal liquid by conducting electrodes and can improve the liquid structure or affect the solidification procedure. In this paper many steels are experienced by electric pulse. The results indicate that both macro and micro structure are all modified greatly: grains are refined, columnar crystal length is shortened, the structure are more uniformed and segregation of carbon and sulfur is reduced from 1.26 to 1.03 or 1.04.
