摘要

Based on the meaningful metaphors of grid technology for organization and modularity theory,this paper proposes a new concept and then the innovative theory--value grid, to redesign theorganizational paradigm of traditional value creation networks. The paper constructs the new structure and dynamics of value grid with grid and modularity methods. Value-grid theory offers a strategic and practical perspective to the organizational reintegration and structural innovation of China's traditional industries. Taking Zheshang an example, which is a typical representative of China's traditional industries, the paper analyzes the necessity and approaches to execute the innovation according to value grid theory.
