The structure of urban commercial district closely relate to urban economic situation, whose development has a extremely vital role on the whole civic functional operation. The civic commercial district usually takes one or couple large-scale commercial buildings as the core, Its structural form shows a change from the single central focused structure to the polycentric decentralized structure when the urban scale and the local geographical environment change.
