Polyimide Composite Film/PTFE Insulated Wire for Aerospace Application

摘要

Polyimide Composite Films/ PTFE insulated wire is used for wiring within aerospace aircrafts as well as electronic and communications equipment, instruments, and the internal connection of other devices used under high-temperature environment and operation voltage below 600V. It has excellent performance with flame-retardant feature under high-temperature and humid environment. This paper describes the structure of polyimide composite film/PTFE insulated wire with 19/0.008in conductor, production control elements, and test methods/results.
