摘要

Hyriopsis Cumingii is an excellent freshwater mussel of producing pearls. Ca~(2+) is an important material for its pearl production and absorbed mainly by it's body surface and foods. The potassium pyroantimonate technique for Ca~(2+) localization has been used to probe into mechanism of Ca~(2+) absorption and transferring in Hyriopsis Cumingii's digestive system. Our experiment shows clearly that the way of Ca~(2+) absorption and transferring in the middle intestine at the level of ultrastructure. We hope that the experiment can supply some valuable reference for mussel's aquiculture.
