This paper will introduce the Power and Energy Balance software pack of electric power system rnversion 3 ( PEB3 ). In order to satisfy user's needs, this software packapplicates thesoftware technique of integration, and reaches the prospective goal after the test in the real engineering. Now the PEB3 software has been used in many projects. The method on how to make the PEB3 can also be used in other professional engineering application software.
