The Research on Mathematical Model of Apple Impact Acceleration

Through the impact/bruise tests of apples, this paper have set up an Acceleration -Time Curve's mathematial model to describe the process of apple impact, having analysed the influence of each parameter to the impact property and bruise in this model, and having also analysed the relations among the maximum acceleration, drop height and bruise volume ect. impact property prameters.
