This document describes a method for broadcasting IP data in aunidirectional manner using the vertical blanking interval oftelevision signals. It includes a description for compressing IPheaders on unidirectional networks, a framing protocol identical toSLIP, a forward error correction scheme, and the NABTS bytestructures.
