摘要

In order to improve the portability of the fiber Bragg grating monitoring system,and to reduce the power consumption of monitoring system,this paper designed a fiber grating monitoring system based on STM32,and applied to the actual measurement of grating sensor.FBG monitoring system is using that the average index and the grid periodic is sensitivity of parameters of outside,the parameter change is converted into the drift of the Bragg wavelength,the parameter changes measured by monitoring the drift of FBG wavelength.In this paper,the hardware structure and the software design of FBG monitoring system are introduced.The data acquisition and analyze are controlled by STM32F103ZE micro-controller.It can realize the real-time monitoring and display of the wavelength,the stress,and temperature of FBG sensors,and the data is sent to the control center through the wireless remote data transmission module.At last,this paper presents a simulation experiment,and the result indicates that the instrument can stable work and can be applied to the actual monitoring of field cracks.
