摘要

The historical normal signal of mechanical equipment contains the normal feature information of mechanical equipment,and the fault signal can be viewed as a superposition coupling of normal feature and fault feature as well as random noise of machinery operation.This paper analyzes and processes the normal data and fault data of mechanical equipment operation,and then conducts the comparative analysis of the acquired results,which facilitates to extract the fault feature implied in the signal,and thus easily discovering the fault related to the mechanical equipment.And it verifies the effectiveness of mechanical fault feature extraction method based on the normal data in the mechanical fault diagnosis through experiments.
