Crisis Management in Software Enterprises

摘要

Due to software enterprises' industrial attributes, many companies are often to face crisis. Through a survey among eighty software enterprises, this article gets to know the status of software enterprise's crisis management implementation. The results show that most of them only concentrate on acute-crisis management stage and ignore the other important crisis management stages. A crisis managment process is designed. Finally, knowledge map tool is used to solve the problem of crisis management knowledge storage in crisis management process.
