An analysis of the regions of validity for the functions that represents the operation of a non-endoreversible Carnot cycle type,known as non-endoreversible Curzon and Ahlborn cycle is made in the contex of finite time thermodynamics,namely power output and ecological function.The regions of existence for the power output and ecological function are shown considering the Newton heat transfer law with constant thermal conductance.The main objective of this work is to show the surfaces and curves representing power output,ecological function and entropy production for a given heat engine modeled by a non-endoreversible Curzon and Ahlborn cycle.The analysis is made for both,power output regime and ecological function regime.
