The project was completed very successfully. The success is attributed to: 1) Weel-defined objectives; 2) Through planning to meet stated objectives; 3) Phased consruction: 4) Timely site prepaaration and seeding; 5) Proper maintenance of established vegetation. Wise implementation of best management Practices in both the construction and vegetative establishment stages was vital to the success of the endeavor.
