SedSpec is a protoype Web based expert system which helps land use managers on Army basese solve erosion problems. The program provides basci information about erosion control structures. With this information in had, the land manager can make better decisions, and supervise projects more effectively. Currently, the program supports grass lined waterways, sedimentation basins, crossings, and culverts.
