Application of Automatic Refractoriness Tester

摘要

This paper takes the NHD-1800 automatic refractoriness tester as an example, which is researched by Sinosteel Luoyang Institute of Refractories Research independently, shows the new test equipment's efficient, convenient, intelligence and visualization in current refractoriness test.Experimental data shows that the new type of refractoriness tester, with a thermocouple temperature measurement technology instead of the pyrometric reference cones, can improve the efficiency and accuracy of the refractoriness test, and greatly enriched the refractoriness test experiment data.
