摘要

Hydroxyapatite (HAp) is chemically very similar to the mineralized human bone.Since the scaffold materials made of hydroxyapatite and biodegradable polymers allow good biocompatible harmony with human tissue, the bioactive HAp-polymer composites have an increased interest in recent years.In this study, HAp-chitosan composites was produced by spray drying technique with two different inlet temperature, 120℃ and 160℃.Synthesized HAp-chitosan samples were structurally characterized using FTIR, SEM, XRF, BET and XRD.Particle size measurements were made using ZetaPals.
