摘要

A three-dimensional finite element analysis program for simulation of various forming processes was developed based on rigid-thermoviscoplastic approach at non-isothermal condition. To consider three-dimensional die geometry, a contact treatment algorithm based on Jacobian inversion and LSI procedure was employed in the developed program. Using the developed program, closed-die forging of aluminum swash plate, spur gear forging, bar rolling, and shape rolling of H-beam were simulated. From simulation results, it was found that the developed program could offer various useful information to the process designer.
