摘要

In this study,we established gas charging model for the compress process of the refrigerant injection compressor,and inferred the formula for the discharge temperature of heat pump water heater with injection refrigeration scroll compressor.Furthermore,referencing the development of heat pump at home and abroad,in the prototype of the air-source heat pump water heater the economizer was applied with the vapor injection refrigeration scroll compressor,and the R22 and R6OOa mixture was used as refrigerant considering condensate high temperature caused by high temperature of supply water.Through a series of experimental study,the system was approved effective,it increased heat production and energy efficiency ratio,and the discharge temperature of the heat pump water heater can be controlled in a relatively safe and effective range.
