摘要

This paper presents application of Operations Research for optimization of ventilation control device locations and sizes in the controlled and semi-controlled flow mine ventilation networks. For the controlled ventilation network, an algorithm of mixed integer programming is introduced. For the semi-controlled network, a nonlinear, non-convex model is implemented. Numerical examples are used to demonstrate the applicability of these models.
