摘要

The gas problem of one coal mine in Shanxi province is numerical simulated with CFD on the basic of the theory for porous media flow. The simulation results show that the upper working face corner's gas concentration will exceed the concentration limits in the area with gas content 5.2 mVt in the future producing of the coal mine.On the condition of the coal mine, the high gas tail entry is putted forward for the gas control and its location is determined by caculating. The gas contro-ling of the high gas tail entry is simulated by CFD. The simulation results show that the gas concentration is controlled in concentration limits by using high gas tail entry.
机译:基于多孔介质流动理论,利用CFD对山西某煤矿的瓦斯问题进行了数值模拟。仿真结果表明,在未来的煤矿生产中,上工作面拐角的瓦斯浓度将超过瓦斯含量为5.2 mVt的区域的浓度极限。在煤矿条件下,提出了高瓦斯尾部进入用于气体控制,其位置通过计算确定。高气体尾部入口的气体控制通过CFD模拟。模拟结果表明,通过使用高尾气进入可以将气体浓度控制在浓度极限内。
