摘要

This paper is based on the theory of value innovation to explain the significance of the implementation of Blue Ocean Strategy in the enterprise. It analyses the practice of the implementation of Blue Ocean Strategy to achieve value innovation and build sustainable competitive advantage based on the theory of value innovation in Jinjiang Inn Co., Ltd. And then this paper comes to the conclusion that carrying on consumer demand-oriented value innovation is able to create a bigger market space and provide protection for corporate profits growth and sustainable development.
