Innovational Research on Chinese High-tech Firms Financing Based on Information Economics View

摘要

Because of the characteristics of high-tech firms, the decision of its financing differentiates from the traditional enterprises. The paper proposes that information asymmetry is the major reason of difficult position about the high-tech firms, financing. The conclusion of this paper shows that the signal delivery can decrease the degree of information asymmetry. The possible countermeasure is discussed at the end of the paper based on the above -mentioned analysis.
