Senior executives, who master the knowledge of modern science and technology and management, and have the ability of operation and innovation, can make a significant contribution to the performance and development of the corporation. This paper makes an empirical analysis of the impact of senior executives’ human capital of the listed company on its market value so as to provide better references for the stakeholders.
