Determination of Family-based Level and its impact on corporate performance of Family Controlled Firms

摘要

This paper established the family-based level model from the ownership and control and measured the level of family-based on the listed family controlled firms in Shanghai and Shenzhen Securities Exchange. We analyzed the relationship between the level of family-based and corporate achievement. The analysis results showed that family-based level and corporate performance are positively correlated.
