For Push-to-Talk (PTT) system based on public mobile data network (such as Gprs/cdma2000 1x), a small call delay is the key fact which influent the system's practicability. In this paper, we provide a new call control scheme for PTT system. By making use of the apriority knowledge of PTT call model and priority control, in this scheme, the signaling message and voice data are encapsulated in a same data packet, so that voice data can reach the called user without waiting for the signaling exchanging. Thus the call delay can be decreased significantly. The experiment result based on the commercial cdma 20001X network of China Unicom shows that the call delay can be decrease to 600ms, which approach to the traditional trunk communication system's requirement.
对于基于公共移动数据网络(例如Gprs / cdma2000 1x)的一键通(PTT)系统,小的呼叫延迟是影响系统实用性的关键因素。本文为PTT系统提供了一种新的呼叫控制方案。通过利用PTT呼叫模型的优先级知识和优先级控制,该方案将信令消息和语音数据封装在同一数据包中,使得语音数据可以到达被叫用户,而无需等待信令交换。因此,呼叫延迟可以大大减少。基于中国联通商用cdma 20001X网络的实验结果表明,呼叫延迟可以降低到600ms,达到了传统中继通信系统的要求。 P>
