The Barito Basin is located along southern edge ofrnthe stable Sundaland Continent defined by thernMeratus Terrain define the basin in the east. Thernfocus area is located on Meratus Mountainrnphysiography, Panyiuran District in which show thernbest outcrop of structure evidence outcrop inrnsurface. This paper describes the tectonic evolutionrnin the Panyiuran District, South Barito.rnThe data used in this work were collected fromrnsurface geologic mapping on April-May 2013. Itrnwas then followed by analyzing the field datarncarefully. Ten joint data (from extensional joints,rnconjugate joints, compressional joints, cleavagesrnand gash fractures), six fold data (five folds datarnfrom the outcrop and one from the traverse map),rnfour fault data (three normal faults and one reversernfault) and surface data were analyzed. All data werernput into a Win-Tensor Program. Ten joints datarnshowed the regime type of the area according tornratio tensor type; pure compressive, pure extensivernand radial compressive regime type. Ten joints datarncould support fault identification. There are threernnormal faults with the southwest-northeastrnorientation and one reverse fault with the southeastnorthwestrnorientation.rnThe complexity of the structure in the research arearnwill explain the regional of Kalimantan and help usrnto understand another perspective ofrntectonics in Barito Basin which will be very usefulrnfor hydrocarbon exploration.
