摘要

Coal spontaneous combustion severely threatens coal production safety, therefore the researches on the coal spontaneous combustion characteristics and laws are theoretically important for predicting and preventing it. Taking coal of Huating mine as an sample, the X-ray diffraction and Thermogravimetric Analysis (TGA) under different oxidation condition are carried out, the microcrystalline structure parameters are calculated and analyzed, the coal sample structure characters are understood. The nonisothermal dynamic thermal gravimetric method and micro business thermogravimetric analysis method are used in research on coal-oxygen composite process to analyze the characteristic temperature during coal spontaneous combustion. Results indicates that the thermo mass loss and mass loss rate curve of Huating coal sample reflect different courses of physical absorption, chemical absorption and chemical reaction during coal-oxygen composite process, the process and degree of composite can be indicated by characteristic temperature points.
