MANAGEMENT STRATEGY OF MATERIAL SUPPLY FOR MANUFACTURING ORGANIZATIONS

This paper focused on the management strategy of material supply in the supply chainrnmanagement of manufacturing organizations. A classification method is submitted which classifies thernpurchasing materials according to the importance of materials and complication of the materials supplyrnmarket. Then a management strategy portfolio for the different materials is submitted. Finally, a case isrnstudied briefly.
