Starting with the basic thought of sustainable development, this paper presents the conceptionrnof Regional Sustainable Development System. Take the example of population indicators, the paperrndiscusses the feature and principle of indicator system. By using primary component analysis method,rnregression method and fuzzy mathematics idea, from two factors of sustained degree and coordinatedrndegree, the paper evaluates the state of sustainable development.
