We successfully obtained the 2-dimensional Fourier spectroscopic character of mid-infrared lights that is radiated from the object itself. So, we can demonstrate the feasibility of spectroscopic imaging of radiation heat that is the spatially incoherent light. To apply the proposed imaging-type Fourier spectroscopy into mid-infrared region, we develop the long-stroke (≥l0mm) and high- accurate (≤10nm) phase-shifter that is actuated by SIDM(Smooth Impact Drive Mechanism). And to secure the accuracy of spectrum, we construct the calibration model that considers the angle of field in each point of view. We will realize the wide-field-of-view spectroscopic imaging method that can be applied into the unconstructed environment to observe the global greenhouse gas from earth observation satellite.
