摘要

Previously, to improve the network perfor-rnmance, we proposed the multiple-input multiple-outputrn(MIMO) host location optimization as an extension ofrnthe active AP confguration algorithm in the elasticrnWLAN system. However, our empirical studies de-rnpicted that concurrent communications between mul-rntiple hosts and a single AP offer different throughputrnfeatures from the single communication between onernhost and an AP. As a result, obtained throughputs inrnsimulations for the MIMO host location optimizationrnare different from those in experiments. In this paper,rnwe propose the modifcation of the MIMO host locationrnoptimization considering the effect in concurrent com-rnmunications, where the effectiveness is verifed throughrntestbed experiments.
