Management of the project implementation in the modern high-tech production

In the article features and tendencies of high-tech production development are considered, the main types of realized projects and directions of the most perspective developments are allocated. The paper notes the contribution to the development of innovation projects in the modern state economy. The importance and importance of defining the sectors that set the strategic vector for the development of industrial production is noted. The article examines the main approaches, methods and criteria for selecting projects, ways of organizing production and labor for their implementation, as well as management tools. An enlarged mechanism for managing business processes at a high-tech enterprise is presented, taking into account the features of projects. Article reveals the approaches to assessing the effectiveness of project implementation, the possible implementation risks, outlined the main stages of planning and preparing projects taking into account the interrelations and impacts of the external and internal environment of the enterprise.
