Implementation of the risk management principles in the model of business processes of machine-building enterprise

The use of the risk management principles to reduce the number of dangerous factors arising in the course of principal activity is shown in the example of machine-building enterprise. The risks for several processes are identified and a risk map is built. To form a risk management system the standard image of business processes was transformed by adding the necessary element - the subject of management.
