摘要

This study designs a small arrayed Ultraviolet Light Emitting Diode (UV LED) curing system, using automatic electric power control circuit to drive 3 modules and 6 modules UV LED in wavelength of 365 nm and 385 nm, which is applicable to all sided adhesive material curing. The power output is controlled stably by the automatic electric power control circuit, so that the electric power is controlled stably, and the electric power is stable at ambient temperature 10°C to 40°C, and the stable value is as high as 95%.
