In this paper, we compared the performance of the Space-Alternating Generalized Expectation-maximization (SAGE) algorithm and Bartlett Beamformer (BBF) based on 28 GHz field measurement data. The performance was evaluated by: (1) the similarity of dispersion characteristics such as delay spread (DS) and angular spread (AS), (2) computational complexity by comparing computation time. Our results showed that the performance of SAGE and that of BBF are similar. In terms of computational complexity, it could save 98% computation time by BBF instead of SAGE. Compared with our prior work, this paper analyzed with additional measurement data collected in indoor and outdoor environments, which improved the statistical stability of dispersion parameters.
