摘要

10CrNi3MoV high strength steel was welded by using mixed gas of 80% N2 and 20%CO2 without preheating.A certain kind of welding wire and a series of parameters was used in the welding process.The microstructure and the mechanical properties of the welding joint have been investigated.The result shows that the welding joints can get proper microstructure and mechanical properties with proper welding parameters during the welding process under the condition of non-preheating.Besides, proper parameters can decrease the content of hardening organization and increase the anti-cold crack ability.
