摘要

With the incremental thermal field theory by Lee and Yong,we have truncated equations for the analysis of thickness-shear vibrations of SC-cut crystal plates.By assuming straight-crested waves in a rectangular plate,we obtained the frequency-temperature relations of the thickness-shear mode to study the effect of plate configurations as well as the electrodes for the properties of quartz crystal resonators.As before,such results will be useful in the accurate design and improvement of resonator structures.
