摘要

This paper studies the AC servo system of dynamic simulation test system of hydraulic excavator, designs AC servo controllers, the core of which is C8051F410 system on chip. The dynamic characteristics of AC servo have been tested and the fault disposal measures of AC servo controller have been improved. By comparing the improved PID algorithm with the traditional PID algorithm in the AC servo controller of the dynamic simulation test system, this paper finds out an improved algorithm suitable for dynamic simulation test system, and tests its impact on response characteristics of AC servo system. The reliability test of AC servo controller has also been carried out.
