摘要

The hydraulic excavator is widely used in modern engineering construction, but the complexity of its working conditions increase the difficulty in strength design of the hydraulic excavator shovel's work device. In this paper, we use program written by VB to calculate the working device's hinged joint forces at any working position, basing on force analysis of the working device which one partial load is exerted, then determine the boundary conditions of strength design, at last we use ANSYS to calculate the strength of working device at all kinds of adverse working positions. This method greatly reduces the working intensity of static strength analysis.
