Circular Economy-Based Research of the Sustainable Development of the Rare Earth Industry of Baotou

摘要

The rare earth industry is a superior industry as well as a pillar industry of Baotou, Inner Mongolia, which takes an important position in both global and domestic competition. The paper takes circular economy as the analysis angle, as basis of related literature review, summarized the facing questions of Baotou rare earth industry sustainable development, gives countermeasures to solve these questions.
