Studies on Regional Management Framework Based on Zoning of Major Functional Regions

摘要

As an innovative idea of regional management policy in China, the concept of major functional region, since invented, has been strongly pushed forward at the national level and captured great attention from the research community. The thesis, by studying the established experience of other countries in regional management, has made in-depth analysis of problems arising in the compilation of major functional region zoning. Based on the analysis, the thesis has offered proposals and tentative plan of how to build the regional management framework in China in the perspective of boosting harmonious regional development.
