Reverse of Amortization for Financial Instruments with Fixed Interest Rate Where the Interest is Paid by Installment

The paper discussed the reverse of amortization for financial instruments with fixed interest rate where the interest is paid by installment. The discriminant rules of reverse of amortization were conducted and some relative examples were given. It was concluded that the reverse of amortization will occur when financial instruments with fixed interest rate where the interest are paid by installment meet the discriminant rules.
