摘要

Electrical measurement is widely applied as a test method that analyzes the strain of components in engineering and features in small size, light weight, simple operation and high measure precision. Before they are put into production, roof anchors in the Three Gorges underground plant, as an important means of hoisting by overhead traveling cranes, were load-tested for security during which the strain of the roof anchor shanks was measured over the load bearing and changes thereof on the roof anchor shanks. The measurement result proves that the measured values by the resistance strain gauges shows evident regularity and all measured resistances are within the designed permissible range, suggesting that the roof anchors are safe.
