Because of the current condition and disadvantages of the safety knowledge management of metro construction projects, the thesis suggests a basic approach and method to realize and apply the safety repository system of metro construction projects (SRS-MCP). Based on the Ontology Theory, Control Theory and Information Theory, this thesis fulfills the framework design and proposes a systematical discussion on the steps and process for realizing SKS-MCP, including how to acquire, denote, organize, store and manage the safety knowledge. In addition, according to certain metro construction projects, it specifically introduces the programming, functions and application of the safety control system for metro construction projects based on SKS-MCP. The realization and application of SKS-MCP can improve the collection, abstraction and application of the safety knowledge of metro construction projects. It also can provide the sharing and support to the safety control and management of metro construction projects. So it can prevent and reduce the accident during metro construction.
