摘要

The virtual prototype technology is a new technology in designing and experimenting at present. This article proposes and summarizes a fatigue life simulation prediction method for boom structure of truck mounted concrete pumps based on rigid-flex mixed modelling. During the fatigue analysis of truck mounted concrete pumps that withstand complex alternation stochastic dynamic loads, the dynamic loads are collected when it is being used. Import the dynamic loads to the rigid-flex mixed models which are constructed by PATRAN, NASTRAN, ADAMS and FATIGUe softwares. Then based on the dangerous stress distribution, dynamic loading and Miner rule, dynamics analysis and factor of safety fatigue analysis is carried on.
